"I paid for a sprinter van in Jan 2017 and it is just about May and we never received it. David Green and Mike Ferris lied to me for months about inspections and delays on the seats... Turns out, they do not own the van they sold me. They refused to pay me back. I am currently suing them to get the money they stole from me. My attorney told me they have been sued for this before. They are scam artists that occasionally turn out a vehicle when they have the money. BUYER BEWARE !!!"-Pandi

​"Chalmers filed Chapter 11 this last week. they have failed to pay me for a van they picked up and then sold to another person. Lied to me for months that they money would be paid "next week" over and over. They put the money back into their business instead of paying me the money they owe me. I filed a law suit against them months ago, they tried to settle for less then amount owed. We heard monday that they filed chapt 11 bankruptcy .... good thing my lawsuit claimed fraud because they literally robbed me with no intentions to pay me...... and we have proof of it so that it will not be wiped out in bankruptcy court.... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!"

"Unfortunately, my experience has been HORRIFIC. My attorneys and I are sending letters to Mercedes Benz USA regarding how horrific their delivery of my $136K van was with it being over 5 months late and not as we specified. The electronics were screwed up and they failed to take the vehicle back or to repair it. We are considering joining a class action suit because they have a history of this thing."-Juilted by Chalmers
